Congratulations to all students participating in the 2017 Beardsley, District Spelling Bee.
Finalists from the elementary competition included Clayton Youhouse, Michael Besselsen, Vanessa Hoffman, and Lily Montgomery. Lily Montgomery is the 2017 Elementary Champion, correctly spelling “moisture” to clinch the championship.
Finalists from Beardsley Junior High School included Angel Perez, Cheyenne Waite, Jaden Annis, and Theodore Chaffee. Angel Perez clinched the Junior high competition by correctly spelling “municipality”.
District Champions will move on to compete at the County level, on March 6th. Good luck to our Beardsley Students!
