Notice is hereby given that sealed Request for Proposals will be received on behalf of the six (6) member district in the Purchasing Group, which consists of the Arvin Union School District, Beardsley School District, Edison School District, Norris School District, Panama-Buena Vista Union School District, and Standard School District, for the Request for Proposal Number # 23-06 for the procurement of the following:

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the District Office at Panama-Buena Vista Union School District, 4200 Ashe Road, Bakersfield, CA 93313 no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 08, 2023 according to the District Office dedicated time clock for that purpose.

• Clarification Deadline: February 24, 2023
• Proposal Due:  March 08, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. District Office
• Evaluation and Review Process:     March 09 – March 17, 2023
• Intend to Award:   March 31, 2023
• Recap of RFP:    March 31, 2023
• Protest Deadline: Three (3) calendar days after date of intent to award
• Date of contract execution July 01, 2023
